- Copy of a valid driver's license or photo ID.
- Copy of the executed purchase contract or lease agreement.
- Copies of Vehicles Registration and Insurance.
- If you are bringing a pet, please provide a pet photo. Max weight is 35lb.

Rush request of $250.00 (if needed) are payable to Beacon Community Management by check.

The $300.00 move in fee is payable to Vistas at Phillips Commons, once The Board Members approve the application. The move-in fee includes ONE gate access sticker, a second sticker is available for purchase for $35.00. (only 2 cars are permitted)
Guidelines for applications:
Gate access and codes will be issued to the new tenants only after the approval process has been completed and move in fees have been received.
As a reminder, subleasing is not permitted.
